Office Acquisitions
Objective – Search and Acquisition of Alternative Freehold Premises
Coverwood Commercial were instructed to identify a freehold office building in the Woking, Guildford or Godalming market place. Following an in depth search report various viewings were carried out and a building identified. A tender was submitted following an initial survey (at no cost to the client) of the building. The bid was successful but was subsequently withdrawn due to a more suitable building being found in a neighbouring town. Terms were agreed with a significant discount of £200,000 negotiated off the asking price. Agent, developer and industry contacts were vital elements of this project.

Office Development - Cheshire
Objective - Advice and Marketing Campaign
Coverwood Commercial have been involved in the development of a marketing strategy for a 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) office scheme near Crewe, Cheshire. The scheme which is about to be developed by The Duchy of Lancaster comprises 6 Victorian farm buildings. The former model farm will offer a contemporary head quarters style office environment yet within a peaceful location that is well connected. The brief has included a detailed analysis of potential markets that should be targeted together with a comprehensive mailing campaign.
